About me.
I'm a Spanish computer engineer. I live in Spain but travel to the Dominican Republic a lot.
In 2019, I bought this apartment off-plan. I went there, to Playa Nueva Romana, and spent the whole morning looking at the resort, the beach, the hotels, everything it had to offer... and before leaving, I had reserved the apartment. And I don't regret it.
The apartment was delivered unfurnished in 2022. I furnished it and installed air conditioning. The apartment is in perfect condition and ready to move into. Vista Golf 2 is a small development opposite the golf course, which is 100 meters away. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. We have our own gym, a children's area, two large swimming pools, our own private security 24/7, a barbecue area, and more.
A three-minute walk away, right inside the golf course, is the "Aire" complex, a shopping center where you'll find everything. Even a hair salon. If you're driving, it also takes three minutes because the road, perfectly paved and landscaped throughout, runs around the golf course.
