Vista Golf II.
The complex consists of 60 apartments, all 90.50 m² of living space, divided into blocks of 6 apartments. They are located next to the amateur golf course, in a beautiful and meticulously maintained setting.
All apartments have 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a living room, and a kitchen. They also have a terrace. Mine overlooks the pool directly.
Some apartments are furnished, and others are not. Mine is fully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use.
The apartment is in perfect condition and ready to move into.
Vista Golf II has 24-hour private security, every day of the year. The security guards keep a close eye on the children playing in the complex and maintain a friendly relationship with the residents.
In addition, Playa Nueva Romana has its own security both at the entrance and inside the complex. And it's very strict. I forgot my homeowner's card at home and had to go to customer service. I had left the complex and there was no way they would let me back in to get to my house.
The security includes facial recognition and requires various documents to obtain the homeowner's card. There are cameras at strategic points so that everything is recorded outside. Vista Golf 2 doesn't have cameras. It doesn't need them.
The sale of the apartment also includes two private parking spaces. The parking garage is located within Vista Golf 2 and is under constant surveillance.
Vista Golf has a children's play area with swings.
We have a communal gym available for your use. It's small but fully equipped.
Access to the swimming pool is free for residents. No one else may enter unless invited. The pool is regularly maintained by a pool attendant who ensures it is always in excellent condition. The pool is open at any time, although quiet is requested during the evening.
The community also has a garbage collection service. Simply leave your garbage in the designated area.
The gardens at Vista Golf II are maintained by two professional gardeners, who ensure the community garden is always in optimal condition.
The community's cleaning is handled by a four-person cleaning team. They clean not only the exteriors but also all the apartment landings, as well as the stairwells, access points, and utility rooms. The complex is always spotless.
This photo on the left shows the "Aire" shopping center, which is three minutes away. You can see a paddle tennis court. There are more courts, including one for children. This shopping center is located within the golf course.
